Lose Weight Quickly Eating Right

You want to lose weight quickly? Then keep it simple. The more choices you give yourself the more opportunities you will have to mess it up. Im not saying eat the same thing every day. Im not saying that at all. But have a very simple diet plan and youll find it easy to succeed. For example:


1.3 small meals a day and 2 snacks. The first 2 meals of the day are comprised of:


Lean Proteins Fish, chicken breast, lean red meat, egg/egg whites

Complex carbohydrates Potatoes, Brown Rice, Sweet Potatoes,

Veggies

Healthy fats (Omega Fatty Acids)

Fibre Which you will get from Veggies, Brown Rice, and Fruit


The last meal will be only protein and veggies.


Snacks are comprised of fruits and nuts


Portion control is paramount. The proteins and carbs on your plate for each meal should be no bigger than your fist.


2.Water, Water, and more Water replace all empty calories drinks with water and youll be surprised the huge number of calories you will eliminate from your diet. You will also feel a hell of a lot better.


3.Eliminate the Sugar Most cereals contain sugar, even ones marketed as healthy brands. Pop and juice have a ton of sugar. Many of us put sugar in our coffee. If you kept a track of it you would be surprised by the amount of sweets and chocolates you eat in a week.


Nothing will allow you to lose weight quickly like eliminating sugar. Nothing makes you put on fat more than a high sugar diet.


4.Supplements – Fish Oil and a good Multi-vitamin. Like I said at the start, keep it simple. Sure there are a lot of supplements out there that can help any diet program but in truth these make a minimal difference. The big changes are those listed above.


Now if you limit your diet program to these guidelines you can make many delicious recipes following this guide. There are a great many restaurants that have options for this kind of diet program. Surf the internet for healthy recipes.


Lastly, you should treat yourself and it should be part of your plan so you dont end up binging and sabotaging your diet. So give yourself 2 cheat meals and 1 cheat snack a week. Ditto on portion control for these meals; proteins and carb portions should be no bigger than your fist. Dont go eating a whole pizza and 12 beers for one cheat meal.


Follow these guidelines and I guarantee you will lose the weight and keep it off.
