MINES and Associates Partners with Call A Doctor Plus to Provide 24/7 Access to Non-Emergency Physician Care and Advice

MINES and Associates (MINES), a nationally recognized business psychology firm, today announced a partnership with Call a Doctor Plus (CADR+), a health and wellness program powered by Teladoc, that provides 24/7 access to medical services and advice from a user’s phone, computer or mobile device. The MINES/CADR+ program enables employees to receive on-demand diagnosis, treatment plans and prescriptions (if needed) from Board Certified and State Licensed physicians. Employees can use it as much as needed for one fixed monthly fee — there are no co-pays, deductibles, hidden fees or per-call charges.

MINES will provide high touch account management for participating employer groups and their employees, either as a standalone program or as a component of their full complement of EAP, wellness and business psychology services. CADR+ can be purchased by the employer for all employees, can be offered as a voluntary benefit, or purchased individually. All enrollees in the CADR+ program can also cover up to 5 additional family members with unlimited consultations a year.
