Announcing Yoga Classes Online with Kyra Anastasia

Charlotte, NC (PRWEB) September 17, 2014

YogaVibes, the premium source for streaming online yoga classes and free yoga videos, is excited to introduce new Ayurveda classes and yoga videos with Kyra Anastasia.

Kyra Anastasia has been teaching yoga and meditation for over two decades. Since studying Ayurveda intensively, she has also counseled others on diet and lifestyle changes in order to reduce stress and bring the body and mind into balance.

“I am absolutely thrilled to share my love of Yoga and Ayurveda with the YogaVibes community,” says Kyra. “Offering my yoga classes online gives me the chance to spread this life-changing knowledge to a wider audience in order to help more people find balance in their busy lives. These practices can and will change your life for the better if you are willing and ready to take the necessary steps. Once you do, you will be surprised by the many rewards, especially how amazing you look and feel!”

If ready, wake up with Kyra’s 30-minute online yoga class: Slow Flow Morning Practice. Move slowly and mindfully to stretch out the spine and lubricate the joints with a Hatha yoga practice called Dasha Chalana or ten churnings. End feeling relaxed and ready to take on whatever the day brings!

ABOUT KYRA ANASTASIA

Her journey began after a ski accident where she found yoga helped rehab and strengthen her body. After extensive study and various teacher trainings in India, Costa Rica and throughout the U.S., Kyra also found a spiritual connection to yoga that felt in sync with her Quaker roots. She has traveled extensively to more than 40 countries and often leads retreats overseas, most recently to Cuba, Nepal, Bhutan and soon to Nicaragua. Kyra just completed an intensive Ayurveda program and now counsels others on diet and lifestyle changes in order to reduce stress and bring the body and mind into balance. She is excited to share her online yoga videos with you as she is devoted to spreading her love of yoga and Ayurveda with others.
