The 7 day cabbage soup diet plan sounds like a trick to lose weight. In a way it is a tricky plan. That’s because you can eat plenty of food and still lose ten pounds in a week. A Starter Cabbage Soup Recipe


1 head cabbage


6 spring onions


6 medium onions


6 carrots


5 stalks celery


2 bell peppers


3 large tomatoes


4 oz uncooked brown rice


salt and freshly-ground black pepper


Slice the vegetables into small pieces. Place in a large pot and add cold water to cover. Bring the water to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer uncovered for ten minutes. Cover and then simmer on low heat until the ingredients are soft. This should take about 15 minutes or so.


While the soup is simmering, cook the rice. Add rice to the soup when the soup is cooked. Season to taste with salt and pepper.


Results can be very rapid. After all too, it usually feels better to cut back on the food consumption sometimes anyway. Because of the design of this eating plan, it is very possible to drop 10 pounds in a week. That is what I have experienced. Then as part of a longer=term eating plan this can serve a valuable function. That is to give some quick results that encourage more effort to get where you want to be.
