Moore Insurance Continues Its Charity Program in Spring, TX, Now Collaborating With The Periwinkle Foundation And Offering Relief To Young Cancer Patients

With a new charity campaign in Spring, TX, Moore Insurance looks to offer financial relief to the families of children and teens facing cancer. While also raising awareness about how the different forms of that devastating disease affect young lives, Moore Insurance seeks to raise $ 700 to send at least two teenagers currently battling cancer to a camp run by the Periwinkle Foundation. At camp, they have the chance to share their struggles and find comfort within a group of peers who intimately understand the challenges of undergoing treatment and coping with symptoms. Through its vast network of loyal customers, staff, business partners, friends and family, Moore Insurance will divulge these children and teens’ circumstances, giving others the opportunity to contribute and become active agents of change. The initiative is another display of the agency’s commitment to striving to keep those around them always in good hands.

“The challenges faced by these kids are unthinkable to most of us, and we find their strength truly inspiring… We also cannot imagine what is like for them to face such a terrible disease at such young age.
