There is a newly developed sports arena, which amasses 7,500 seats within the Allen Event Center, built in 2009. The Chase Oaks Golf Club found in Plano, TX was also purchased in 2004 by Allen, TX, as the green is found adjacent to the area and offers a public course for residents to enjoy.
The homes are quite large in the area, more affluent, and much more costly, with average home costs around $ 200,000. This doesn’t mean that you won’t find much higher prices on the market, or those that are slightly lower. The many parks and venues are great for the children in the area, which are able to access high quality education in Dallas as well.
